Information we collect
When you send a dangerous goods freight inquiry, we may receive your name, company, email, phone or WhatsApp number, cargo description, UN number, DG class, MSDS/SDS, packing details, route, ready date and related shipment documents.
How we use information
We use this information to review shipment feasibility, communicate with carriers or agents when needed, prepare quotes, coordinate export documents and respond to follow-up questions.
Document handling
Dangerous goods documents may contain supplier, cargo and compliance details. We share them only with parties needed for shipment review, booking, customs, carrier approval or destination handling.
